Clean, convenient to where we needed to go. Beds were a little on the firm side, woke up sore. Kid at the desk was nice
We had booked a room here for the Miami Dolphins-Bills Games on November 3rd and Due to Troubles with Airlines Cancelled (Non Refundable) Room. And then Our Airfare ended up Working itself out. The Manager of the Hotel had Every Right to not Work with Us But he did and was Very Accommodating by Honoring Our Cancellation. Hotel is Very Close to Stadium and Pleasant Staff. Would Stay Again and Already Planning Next Trip . Thanks
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good location. Cleaning staff was courteous = offered to assist elderly lady. Management worked with us on check in and out schedule.
Lovely room with clean, comfortable beds! We brought blankets to cover the bed for my service dog. She was a happy service dog!
Room was very nice. That manager and the workers made sure my stay was excellent. They were all nice and friendly. It's also a great spot to tailgate when the Buffalo Bills are playing since it is right next to the stadium
Pretty good for rooms in the area, but do need updating to be like the new rooms in the new hotels/motels in the area. I look at the general picture and this place gives me a red flag from employees at check in and price per room with what is offered. EEK! Maybe do a little more or better?
Place was clean & safe! Owners provided a snack & drink bag. Would definitely stay again if visiting Highmark Stadium!
